Photographs and documents

Give it your standing instructions once. It works through them on a cadence you choose — every morning, every hour, every minute — and writes back what actually needs you. Between check-ins it is there to talk to, and it takes anything you can hand it: documents, photographs, recordings, spreadsheets, video.
The only decision you have to make
That single choice is the price. Drag the rail — the pulse is the real cadence, at speed. Everything else is the same on every plan.
Nothing sits unattended past half a shift.
Every plan includes the full assistant — the cadence is the only difference. Move up or down a step whenever you like; the change takes effect on your next check-in. Starter is free forever and has no scheduled check-ins.
Hand it anything
Point a phone at a stock sheet, a lab result, a handwritten note or an invoice and it reads them. PDFs go in whole. Spreadsheets, CSVs, code and plain text are parsed line by line.
Voice notes, call recordings, clips from the floor — uploaded, stored, played back and downloadable in full, kept alongside the conversation they belong to so nothing is scattered across five WhatsApp threads.
Drafts, summaries, letters, lists and tables come back written and ready to use. Every file you or the assistant put in the thread stays downloadable, at full quality, for as long as your account is open.
Standing instructions
A standing instruction is just a plain sentence about what you want watched, chased, drafted or thought about. On every check-in the assistant works through the whole list and reports back once.
"Go through today's list. Flag any patient whose consent or pre-op bloods I haven't confirmed with you, and tell me who to call first."
"From the count sheets I send you, tell me what will run out this week and what is sitting past ninety days. Give me a reorder list I can send as-is."
"Keep a running list of HMO batches I've told you about. Anything with no acknowledgement after seven days, draft me the chase letter."
"At 20:00, summarise everything I sent you today into one handover note, and list what I said I would do but haven't come back on."
How it runs
A short note about your business, your patients or your clients, and how you like to be spoken to. It carries into every conversation and every check-in.
The handful of things you want it working on when you are not asking. Turn them on and off as the week changes.
From once a morning to once a minute. Check-ins land in your thread, and you can reply to any of them and carry straight on.
The difference between a tool and an assistant is who remembers to start.
The assistant wakes on your cadence, reads your standing instructions and everything in your working thread, and writes one short briefing into that thread. If nothing needs you, it says so in a line — a quiet check-in is a good check-in. You can reply to a briefing and carry on the conversation from there.
No — and it will never pretend it did. It works with what you put in front of it in the conversation. That is a deliberate boundary: this service is used around healthcare and money, and an assistant that quietly guesses at data it cannot see is worse than no assistant at all. If you want it watching a system, send it the exports and tell it what to look for.
Recordings and video upload, store, play back and download in full, at original quality, and they stay attached to the conversation. It cannot listen to them or watch them directly — so it will ask you what is in a recording rather than inventing an answer. Transcription can be switched on for an account if you need it; talk to us.
No. Every plan is the same assistant with the same abilities, and on-demand chat is unlimited on all of them, including the free tier. What you are buying with a faster cadence is how often it comes back to you unprompted — and, at the higher steps, how many standing instructions it holds and how large your uploads can be.
Monthly, in naira, by card or transfer through Paystack. Change step or cancel from your billing page at any time — cancelling drops you back to the free tier at the end of the month you have paid for, and your conversations and files stay where they are.
