Privacy notice
What we collect. Your name, email, optional business name and phone number; the conversations you have with the assistant; the files you upload; and ordinary technical records such as sign-in times and IP addresses.
Where it goes. Your conversation content and uploaded images and PDFs are sent to Anthropic's API so the assistant can respond, under their commercial terms. Nothing you send is used to train models. Payments are handled by Paystack — card details are entered on Paystack's systems and never reach ours.
Where it lives. Your account data and files sit on CalDoc's own servers, not a third-party file service.
Sensitive material. Clients in healthcare often upload patient information. You are the data controller for that material and are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and share it. Upload the minimum you need, and de-identify where you reasonably can.
How long we keep it. For as long as your account is open. Ask us to close it and we delete your conversations and files within 30 days, except where we are required to retain payment records.
Your rights. Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, at any time, at info@caldoc.com.ng.
