Terms of service
The service. Caldoc Assistants gives you an AI assistant you can converse with, and which produces scheduled written check-ins at the cadence your subscription covers. It is provided by CalDoc Systems.
What it is not. The assistant is not a clinician, a lawyer, an accountant or a regulated adviser, and its output is not professional advice. You remain responsible for every decision you take and for checking anything that matters before you act on it. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a clinical, financial or legal decision.
Your content. Everything you upload stays yours. We store it so the service can work and so you can download it again. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
Acceptable use. Do not use the service to break the law, to handle material you have no right to hold, or to attempt to extract personal data about people who have not consented to your holding it. Accounts doing so are suspended.
Payment. Subscriptions are monthly, in naira, and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the cadence you have paid for runs to the end of the paid period, after which the account drops to the free tier. We do not pro-rate part months.
Availability. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. Scheduled check-ins depend on systems outside our control, and a missed check-in is not refundable on its own. If we have a sustained outage, contact us and we will put it right.
Changes. If we change these terms materially we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
